Wide open in the present with an intoxicated scent of jasmine and orange peel. All wrapped in a lacto honeyed envelope shell. The palate carries through an intoxicating creaminess, bursting at the seams with apple, pear and minerality. The oak presence, that is never over done, made this an absolute gorgeous pairing with seared scallops basted in soy butter.
