Making your business and your life run more smoothly through executive coaching.

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is different from consulting. When a consultant is engaged, he will collect information, apply his expertise to developing answers, issue a report and recommendations, and often be retained to implement the recommendations. In essence, the consultant is hired for specialized expertise to find and implement a solution to a given problem. In contrast, an executive coach relies on the expertise of the executive he is coaching as the principal resource for finding solutions to problems. Rather than bringing an expertise in a particular matter, the executive coach utilizes processes and techniques to assist the executive in finding preferably multiple pathways to solving problems, improving performance and achieving success and happiness.

"The executive is often a lonely position. Almost always, anyone he seeks advice from will have their own agenda--whether its an employee, a customer, a supplier, or even a spouse. The executive coach has only one agenda--yours."
